Reservation Policy

  1. All reservations are a FINAL SALE. If you need to reschedule your visit, you have up to two weeks before the event to do so. No money is returned, under any circumstances.
  2. Full payment for the tour is required at time of booking. The total payment of the reservation must be by electronic payment in order to confirm the reservation.
  3. Once your reservation has been confirmed, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE due to cancellation and your reservation will not be rescheduled for another date.
  4. In the event that someone in the reserved group is not able to get in time for the tour, no money will be refunded nor will an alternate date for the visit be rescheduled.
  5. Casa Juan Pablo II reserves the right to cancel the event in case of dangerous atmospheric events, unforeseen situations and/or force majeure NOT favorable to carry out the tour. If so, you will be offered another scheduled calendar date.
  6. For group reservations, you must contact the coordinator of the Social Enterprise of Heritage Tourism and Community Service of Casa Juan Pablo II, Inc.
  7. Every person is responsible for being aware of the Cancellation Policy or Description of Our Service, what to bring and how to come prepared for the tour. We are not responsible for omissions to this information and no modifications will be made to the tour as a consequence of such omissions and no refunds will be made.
